#### When is the best time to see puffins?

*   15 th of May- 15 th of August is the best time.

#### Do we definitely see puffins?

*   Short answare; YES!

#### What do I need to wear?

*   It is always a little chillier at the ocean, so its better to bring some overcoat or warm clothes. Hat and mittens are also good to bring.

#### Do we get lifewests?

*   There are lifewests onboard in case of emergency. During the tour it is not necessary to wear lifewests.

#### Is it safe for kids?

*   Yes, our tours are suitable for all ages.

#### Do we need fishing license?

*   No license or qualification is required for our qustomers.

#### Do we need to bring fishing rods?

*   No, we provide all the gear.

#### Can I take the fish with me that I fish?

*   If you want, we fillet the fish, and you can cook it yourself if you have cooking facilities at your accommodation. If not, we can contact local restaurants and ask if they can accommodate you and cook the fish for a fee.

#### Is it an open boat or is it possible to stay inside?

*   The boat Is half open/half closed so don’t worrie, you can go inside if you want.


## Terms and conditions

Ocean Adventures reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or
timetables, change or cancel tour dates should the necessity arise, including
irregularities due to adverse weather. The tours are run in wild nature and we
can never guarantee sightings on our tours. The estimated duration of tours are
standard times and can change according to sea conditions. All activities are
undertaken entirely at clients own risk and they must behave in a fit and
proper manner at all times in accordance with Ocean Adventures guidelines and
must take proper responsibility for their own safety. Please note that children
are their parents responsibility!  

All tours and
outdoor activities carry inherent risks and Ocean Adventures does not assume
any responsibility for accidents that are caused by its customers or can be
traced to their own actions or are caused by factors outside of human control.
Ocean Adventures accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage
of passenger’s property on our boats. With the purchase of your trip you agree
to these conditions, understand its implications and accept responsibility for
your participation during your tour. 

#### Cancellation 

All
cancellations must be made in writing and should be sent to [oa@oceanadventures.is](mailto:oa@oceanadventures.is). If
it is not possible for you to send us your cancellation via email, please
contact us by phone. +354 898 2028 

10% of the price is non refundable, this percentage reflects our cost of booking
and preparing your tour. Cancellation made with 48 -24 hour notice is subject
to 20% of the tour price. Cancellation
made less then 24 hour prior to tour departure will be charged in full.non refundable, non refundable,

All tours are very weather and condition dependent. Ocean Adventures has the right
to change the itinerary or cancel tours if necessary. If tours are cancelled
due to weather or another factor outside our control any time before the tour
starts, you will be offered a different time or date for the tour. If that is
not possible you will receive a full refund.
